Alpinestars' new technical reference racing jacket, the Fusion leather jacket, is Tech-Air® compatible and offers superior freedom of movement and a high level of ventilation through to the development of innovative new materials: RIDEKNIT® stretch paneling and MATRYX® ultra abrasion resistant and highly breathable zones.
Features:
- Engineered seamless RIDEKNIT® stretch paneling for enhanced flexibility and freedom of movement with extensive perforations at the abdomen, chest, neck, arm holes, inner arms and shoulder blades, and strategically positioned dual layers in keys areas for additional protection against abrasion
- Innovative MATRYX® structural panels on the abdomen and chest provide parametric performance for ventilation and superior mechanical resistance to tearing and abrasion while also being extremely thin and lightweight
- An engineered fit to deliver the highest level of active race protection, this jacket is Tech-Air® ready and can accept the Tech-Air® 5 Airbag System, complete with new race algorithm which is available as a download
- Race fit - heavily pre-shaped body and arms for improved performance
- Premium bovine leather with dual layers in exposed areas for superior abrasion resistance
Safety:
- DFS protectors offer optimum resistance to impact and abrasion and provide exceptional friction control
- The internal Race spec GP-R protector is comfortably soft and provides extended coverage for extra protection in key areas
- Chest compartments can accommodate the Nucleon protectors (available as a retrofit accessory)
- The back compartment can accommodate the Nucleon protectors (available as a retrofit accessory)
- Snap-on connection system allows the CE-certified Nucleon Race back protector to be fitted
