1. How do I buy a digital voucher?

Decide on a design for the voucher.
Add the voucher to your shopping cart and follow the order process until the purchase is complete.
After completion, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
As soon as your payment has been received, the voucher will be sent by e-mail.

2 How do I redeem my digital voucher?

Place your desired items in the shopping cart and then click on “Checkout”.
In the “Summary” step, enter the voucher code in the "Redeem voucher” field.
The amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.

3. Is there an expiration date for digital vouchers?

Yes, digital vouchers are valid for 24 months. You will find the exact expiration date on your voucher. Please make sure you redeem the voucher within this period.

4. Can I return a digital voucher?

No, digital vouchers cannot be returned.

5. Can I use several vouchers in one order?

Yes, it is possible to redeem multiple vouchers in one order. Simply enter a voucher code in the “Redeem voucher” field during the checkout process and click on “Redeem”. This process can be repeated as often as you like.

6. What happens if the value of my voucher is higher than the purchase amount?

If the voucher value exceeds the total amount of your purchase, the remaining amount will remain on the voucher and can be used for future purchases as long as the voucher is valid.

7. How long does it take to receive my digital voucher?

Usually, the digital voucher is sent by email immediately after payment. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

8. What do I do if my voucher code does not work?

Make sure that the code has been entered correctly, including upper and lower case and without unnecessary spaces.
If the code still does not work, please contact our customer service.

9. Can I give a digital voucher as a gift?

Yes, you have two options:

Enter the recipient's email address as the delivery address when checking out and use your own details for the billing address.
Follow the purchase process as described under point 1. After receiving the gift voucher, you can either forward it by e-mail or print out the PDF and hand it over in person or by post.
