Scorpion presents a completely newly developed racing helmet with improved features and reduced weight. The large upper ventilation opening takes in more air, and the aerodynamically designed exhaust vents efficiently expel hot air, yet remain quiet even at high speeds. With sleek but large ventilation openings, the helmet maintains an elegant and streamlined shell shape. The EXO-R1 EVO Air gives you the most valuable experience if you love riding, no matter what kind of biker you are. The EXO-R1 EVO Air can meet a wide range of customer requirements, from casual to professional motorcyclists.

Airfit Concept:

A small pump allows the rider to individually adjust the helmet with inflatable cheek pads. This also reduces noise levels.

Pinlock® Maxvision:

It fits perfectly into the visor’s designated groove – the Pinlock® lens effectively prevents fogging by creating a permanent air corridor between it and the visor, even when the temperature difference between the inside and outside increases.

KWIKWICK3® Liner:

Very effective, hypoallergenic, removable, washable, and very soft and pleasant to the skin. The KwikWick2® liner of the new ScorpionExo® models is the best you can do for your head.

Ultra TCT® Thermodynamical Composite Technology:

Extremely light – the new UltraTCT® structure provides unprecedented protection in the helmet world. This intelligent shell gradually deforms upon impact, absorbing most of the energy during a collision, while the extremely strong UltraTCT® structure remains intact.

New Visor System ELLIP-TEC®:

The ELLIP-TEC 2® visor mechanism of the new Scorpion R1 Air makes replacing a dirty visor even easier. With the visor open, the change takes less than 10 seconds. ELLIP TEC 2, developed in a wind tunnel, reduces aerodynamic noise at high speeds to a minimum, with powerful springs pressing the visor firmly against the seal. This ensures absolute sealing, low noise levels, and high stability, so the visor stays in position even during a fall.
