X-Lite X-803 Ultra Carbon Puro Carbon Flat Full Face Helmet

With the X-803, X-lite shows what is possible in racing helmets of the upper class. The completely newly developed successor model to the popular X-802RR scores with numerous improvements - these range from extensively optimized aerodynamics and ventilation to an even wider field of vision and a significant increase in wearing comfort. In addition, the X-803 offers the new Nolan Emergency Release System (NERS) for more safety by quickly removing the cheek pads in the event of a fall.

The X-803's interior, made of the Carbon Fitting Racing Experience high-tech carbon fiber material, is responsible for the best riding comfort and a pleasantly fresh feeling in the helmet at all times. It not only offers the best values in terms of breathability, but is also antistatic and (even without further treatment) bacteriostatic.

Like every race replica helmet from X-lite, the X-803 has been optimized for best safety, maximum racing functionality and minimum weight. Thus, even the standard version of the X-803, equipped with an outer shell made of "Composite Fibre", can boast record-breaking low values on the scales. For a further weight advantage of up to 110 grams (depending on helmet size) compared to the standard model provides the variant X-803 Ultra Carbon, whose outer shell is made entirely by hand from extra-light carbon fiber fabric.

Helmet shell:

The "Ultra Carbon" variant provides ultra-light carbon fiber shell for additional weight reduction of up to 110 grams compared to the already extremely light X-803

Interior:

Exclusive "Carbon Fitting" technology for interior padding: the activated carbon fibres used are particularly breathable, 100 % natural, bacteriostatic and antistatic without prior treatment
Cheek pads available in different thicknesses with innovative "Steadyfit" for the best fit of the helmet in every racing situation

Ventilation:

Separately adjustable air inlets on the forehead, head and chin section of the helmet, as well as air outlets on the sides and below the spoiler, ensure optimal air circulation inside the helmet
Improved opening flaps and sliders with greater throughput provide maximum fresh air for breathing as well as around the rider's head when needed. A big plus in hot racing use as well as on a sporty country road round

Closure:

Double D ring chin strap closure for minimum weight and maximum security

NERS (Nolan Emergency Release System):
